| Jurisdiction | Republic of Korea |
These Subscription Terms (these "Terms") set out the paid subscription plans, pricing, credits, and auto-renewal of the "CONNECT AI" service (the "Service") operated by CONNECT AI Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Matters not addressed here are governed by the Terms of Service; cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Specific per-plan prices, credit allowances, and features are as published on the in-Service pricing page.
This English version is provided for the convenience of users. In case of any inconsistency between this English version and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern a member's rights and obligations regarding subscription types, credits, billing and taxation, auto-renewal, and plan changes when paying for and using the Company's paid subscription plans.
Article 2 (Types of Subscription Plans)
- The Company offers the following paid subscription plans. Each plan's price, monthly credit allowance, and available features are published on the in-Service pricing page.
- Starter / Basic / Pro: recurring subscription plans billed and auto-renewed monthly or annually
- Enterprise: a plan provided under a separate agreement (individual quote)
- The following are ancillary items, not recurring subscriptions, and are not subject to auto-renewal (Article 5):
- Trial Pass: a one-time purchase granting a set amount of credits for 30 days
- Sign-up credits: 50 credits on sign-up. Welcome credits: 150 credits when the member first connects a sending email account (30 days from that connect)
- Top-up credits: prepaid credits purchased separately from a subscription
Article 3 (Credits)
- The Service's paid features are provided by deduction from a single credit balance. Distinctions such as "send" and "analysis" are labels for usage history only, not separate wallets.
- Recurring subscription plans grant that plan's credits each billing cycle. Credits are granted when that cycle's payment succeeds. An annual prepayment opens the year; subsequent monthly allowances are issued on the billing anniversary — the same day of the month as the original payment — not on calendar day 1 for every subscriber.
- Credits are deducted at different rates per feature (e.g., email sending, account safety check, message/report generation), as published on the pricing page.
- No carry-over or accumulation; automatic expiry: Credits are granted according to the billing (subscription) cycle set by the Company, and may be used only within that billing period. Credits not used within a billing period do not carry over or accumulate into the next billing period and are automatically extinguished at the end of the billing period. For annual subscription products as well, a full year's credits are not granted at once; a set quantity of credits is granted each month. Credits granted in each month may be used only within that month's billing period, and unused credits do not carry over or accumulate into the following month and are automatically extinguished. Extinguished credits cannot be restored, refunded, or exchanged for cash. Provided that ① separately purchased top-up credits remain valid for the published validity period (e.g., 12 months), and ② this clause does not limit the right of withdrawal under the E-Commerce Act or refunds under the Company's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Credits provided free or via promotions may be used only within their separately defined validity period and have no cash value.
Article 4 (Pricing and Taxation)
- Subscription fees are displayed as the VAT-inclusive amount actually charged. Supply-value and VAT split follow internal settlement.
- Annual billing is prepaid in a lump sum and carries a discount versus monthly billing (e.g., the equivalent of 2 months free). The specific discount rate/amount is published on the pricing page. For annual billing as well, credits are granted monthly and may be used only within that month (billing period); unused credits do not accumulate or carry over to the following month and are extinguished.
- The Company issues tax invoices, upon request under the Value-Added Tax Act, only for TossPayments charges. It does not issue Korean tax invoices for Apple or Google in-app payments.
Article 5 (Auto-Renewal)
- Monthly and annual recurring subscriptions auto-renew on the same terms unless the member cancels, and are auto-charged to the registered payment method upon renewal.
- The Company notifies the member by email or other means of an upcoming auto-renewal (amount and date) at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Cancellation of auto-renewal is requested only on the payment PG that billed the subscription, under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Web (TossPayments) subscriptions are cancelled in [Settings > Manage Subscription]; Apple subscriptions in the App Store; Google subscriptions in Google Play. After cancellation the member keeps the paid plan and that cycle's credits until the end of the current billing period; there is no further charge. Whether and how much is refunded on cancellation is governed by Articles 3 and 5 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If an auto-renewal payment fails, the Company retries billing for a set period; if payment is not completed within that period, access to paid features may be suspended.
Article 6 (Plan Changes)
Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) are available only on the payment PG that billed the subscription. Web (TossPayments) subscriptions are changed in the Service's subscription management; Apple and Google subscriptions in the respective store.
- An upgrade (change to a higher plan) takes effect immediately; differential charges and credit settlement follow the pricing page.
- A downgrade (change to a lower plan) takes effect from the next billing date, after the current billing cycle ends.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)
Subscription cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Upon amendment, the Company specifies the effective date and reason and gives notice within the Service or by email at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to members).

Change History
| Version | Effective | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| v1.0 | 2026-06-11 | Initial release. Defines subscription plans (Starter/Basic/Pro/Enterprise), Trial Pass, and welcome credits; single credit pool with no carry-over; monthly/annual billing with 2 months free on annual; auto-renewal with 7-day prior notice; plan-change timing. Cancellation and refunds split into the Refund & Cancellation Policy. |
| v1.1 | 2026-08-15 | VAT-inclusive display. Cancel/change only on the billing PG. Onboarding 50+150/30 days. Trial pass 30 days. Tax invoices Toss-only. |
| v1.2 | 2026-08-15 | Credits granted on payment success (annual: anniversary tick). Auto-renew cancel keeps access until period end. |
| v1.3 | 2026-08-17 | Cancellation keeps access until period end and never triggers an automatic cash refund. Statutory and approved exceptions use the manual original-PG process. |
| v1.4 | 2026-08-27 | Consolidated the canonical text in Plan and merged the divergent FE copy. Article 3(4) now states the no-carry-over / automatic-expiry rule in full, with the statutory carve-out (per PG (TossPayments) requirement); Article 4(2) makes annual-plan monthly granting explicit. Article 5(3) defers the question of refund entitlement on cancellation to Articles 3 and 5 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy, separating execution method from entitlement. |
