Speak your language.
Your buyer hears theirs.

Overseas buyer meetings, without waiting for an interpreter. Your words reach the buyer in their language, and theirs reach you in yours — as voice and captions together. Buyers join from a single link, with no sign-up.

Why it matters

Finding the buyer is one thing.
The conversation after is harder.

A conversation that flows well by email often stalls at the video call. Booking an interpreter, the pressure of getting a single number right, writing it all up afterwards — live interpreted meetings change these three moments.

  1. Interpreter scheduling

    Before

While you find an interpreter and line up schedules, the buyer's interest cools.

    Now

Create the meeting straight from the buyer's page and send the invitation link.

  2. Numbers and terms

    Before

The less room there is for error — prices, quantities, lead times — the harder a foreign language feels.

    Now

Speak in your own language and check the numbers against both the original and translated captions.

  3. After the meeting

    Before

When writing up what was agreed takes time, the follow-up is late too.

    Now

Turn the conversation participants agreed to keep into draft meeting notes, and act on the follow-ups right away.

One conversation · Two languages

Two different languages,
one continuous conversation.

Your words in the buyer's language, the buyer's words in yours. Take turns speaking, and each side hears the other in their own language, as voice and captions.

How it works

From choosing the buyer
to confirming the notes.

No switching to another video-call app. Creating the meeting, inviting the buyer, talking and writing it up all happen inside MORI.

  1. Start from the buyer's page

Click “Create interpreted meeting”, then choose your language, the buyer’s language and the meeting time.

  2. Invite in the buyer's language

The invitation email goes out in the buyer's language, with an add-to-calendar link and an RSVP link, so the buyer joins straight away with no sign-up.

  3. Talk in your own language

Take turns speaking, and each side hears the other in their own language, as voice and captions. You can share your product screen too.

  4. Wrap up with notes

Only conversation participants agreed to keep is saved as text, and a draft is split into facts to confirm, follow-ups and points still to check. Your team member confirms the final version.

Built for trust

The more important the meeting,
the more it has to be trustworthy.

Supported languages, what gets recorded, how to use it well — we set these out clearly from the start.

Starting with English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • English
  • Bahasa Indonesia

We open other languages one at a time, after checking quality with real speech.

  • Delivered as voice + captions
  • Invitations in the buyer's language
  • Original captions shown alongside

Only consented conversations are kept

Conversation text is kept only when each participant agrees, and is deleted if they withdraw consent. Voice and video are used only for interpretation and the connection, and are not stored on MORI servers.

One flow with your buyer records

Each meeting is recorded against the buyer, and its schedule also appears on the sending-schedule screen.

Four habits for getting the most out of AI interpretation

  1. One person at a time, full sentencesWhen voices overlap, the interpretation can get mixed up.
  2. Check numbers in the captionsRead amounts, quantities and dates in both the original and translated captions, and confirm agreed terms by email after the meeting.
  3. A headset and a quiet roomIf speaker audio feeds back into the microphone, the interpretation may repeat itself.
  4. Contract wording with an expertAI interpretation is a tool that helps the conversation. Have contract wording and legal judgements reviewed by a professional.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Any other questions? Leave them in the demo request form and we will answer them when we get in touch.

Can I use it right now?

We are opening it to pilot companies first, in order. Request a demo and our team will confirm your meeting languages and schedule, then get in touch.

Can I sign up for interpreted meetings on their own?

Interpreted meetings are a MORI feature used together with your buyer records, so there is no separate sign-up. Apply with the demo request button on this page and your request is marked as coming from the interpreted meeting page, so our team will walk you through interpreted meetings as well.

Does the buyer need to sign up or install anything?

No. The buyer clicks the invitation link and joins directly in their browser. Buyers are never charged.

How quickly is the interpretation heard?

Interpretation continues while you speak, but there can be a gap of a few seconds. We will publish figures measured in real pilot meetings on this page.

What if the interpretation is wrong?

AI interpretation can miss or alter numbers and proper nouns. Read the original and translated captions together, and confirm important terms with each other by email after the meeting.

Is the conversation saved?

Not by default. Conversation text is kept only if your company turns recording on and each participant agrees, and it is deleted if they withdraw consent.

What technology does it use?

Video connections run on LiveKit, and interpretation uses Google Gemini real-time translation. For interpretation, audio is processed in real time on the servers of providers based outside Korea (such as in the US). Details will be set out in a revised privacy policy before the pilot starts.

Can I use it with buyers in China?

The pilot languages are English and Bahasa Indonesia. Connecting from mainland China can be difficult depending on the network, so we check this separately before advising you.

How much does it cost?

Standard pricing will deduct credits for the interpretation time you use, and we will announce it before it applies. It is free for buyers.
